Shipping and Delivery

Fabrics (ready stock): 2 – 3 working days

Ready-made products: 2 – 3 working days

Preorders for fabric masks: 2 – 3 weeks

Customised baby products : 1- 4 weeks (please refer to individual listings for more details)

Kindly note that the above is just a guideline, and we will try our best to adhere to delivery lead-time.  However, we do seek your understanding that order fulfilment may be delayed during peak periods.

Singapore Delivery

We offer a flat rate shipping of $4 for orders below $80 via Ninja Van, Qxpress, Aramex or other local carriers.  Free courier will be provided for orders $80 and above.

International Delivery

Rates may vary depending on weight of your items and the region you are residing in.  You will be provided with various courier options such as DHL Express, UPS, Aramex and more at checkout.  All parcels will be tracked and insured.  Kindly ensure that your carrier selection, address and contact are correct, as we would not be able to recall back the parcel after it’s collected.

Returns and Refunds

Ready Made Products

We can only accept returns for damaged items.  Please contact us should such situations arise and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Fabric Mask Covers

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for any fabric mask covers.

Personalised/Customised Products

We apologise that returns and refunds are not allowed for personalised and customised products, as we won’t be able to resell them.  We always maintain a good communication channel with customers during every step of our production.  It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that all names, choice of fabrics and/or design finishes are confirmed before commencement of production.  Once production commences, we would not be able to offer a refund or make changes.

Fabrics

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges and refunds for fabrics that have been correctly cut and delivered.
