General

1. Where is your business based in?

Our store is based in Singapore.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide, unless otherwise stated.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

All ready made products will be processed and shipped in 3 working days.  The processing time for customised products or preorders may vary.  Kindly refer to each individual listing for more information.

4. Does your delivery charges include customs and taxes?

Kindly note that all buyers are responsible for customs and taxes in their own countries.  Our delivery charges do not include customs and taxes.

5. Do you provide combined shipping for multiple items?

Yes, we always combine shipping wherever possible, to help customers save on shipping fees.  To get a shipping quote, kindly contact us before your purchase.  Should the final shipping fee be less than the amount paid for, we will offer a refund.

6. Am I able to track my order?

All international shipments come with a tracking number.  We highly recommend that international customers select DHL Express for a faster delivery with real time tracking.  For Singapore customers, please note that we will not be responsible for lost mails or delays should you opt for normal Singpost delivery.

7. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

The delivery time varies from country to country.

Singapore: 3 to 7 working days

Malaysia: 7 to 10 working days

Asia: 7 to 14 working days

Australia: 10 to 14 working days

United States/Europe: 10 to 21 working days

If you choose DHL Express for your international shipping, the transit time is about 3 to 5 working days to most countries.

8. What is the default currency of your products?

Our default currency is in Singapore Dollars (SGD).  You may change the default currency located at the bottom right if necessary.

9. Do you wholesale fabrics or customised products?

Please contact us for wholesaling enquiries or corporate orders.


Fabrics

1. Where is the country of manufacture for your fabrics?

Our fabrics are manufactured in Japan and Europe.

2. How long is 1 unit of fabric?

1 unit of fabric is 50cm or 20 inches.

3. Do you sell in yards or metres?

We sell in metres.

4. Where are your fabrics shipped from?

Our fabrics are shipped to you from our studio in Singapore.

5. Do I need to prewash fabrics before sewing?

We recommend to prewash before sewing, to pre-shrunk the fabrics and maintain colour fast.

6. How do I wash the fabrics?

We recommend handwash in cold water for delicate fabrics such as double gauze, silk and lawn.  Use a mild detergent and do not use bleach.  Line dry away from direct sunlight.

7. Can I ask for a refund/exchange for the fabrics I bought?

We apologise that we cannot accept refunds/exchanges for fabrics that have been correctly cut.  Please contact us should there be an issue with your order.


Ready Made Products

1. When can I receive my ready made products?

All ready made products will be shipped within 3 working days.


Personalised/Customised Products/Preorders

1. How long does it take to complete my customised order or preorder?

The lead-time varies from product to product.  Please refer to each individual listing for more information.

Fabric mask: 2 to 3 weeks

Customised baby blanket: 3 to 4 weeks

Baby romper/bib/taggie: 1 to 2 weeks

2. Can I select a material of my choice?

If you do not see a design you like in our customised products, you may select another material of your choice from our fabric section.

3. Can I request to customise a product not found in your website?

Other customised products not found in our website will be assessed on a case by case basis.  Please contact us to discuss.

4. Can I ask for a refund/exchange for the preorders or customised products I bought?

We apologise that all customised products or preorders cannot be refunded or exchanged, as we are unable to resell them after customisation.  All fabric mask orders are final, as we are unable to refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
